Wing Dream works best after lightly shaking the product with cap on (3-5 times) to achieve buildable color - thick, thin, or in-between. How to Use:

Lightly shake 3-5 times with cap on before use. Glide tip along the lash line, pressing gently for a fine line and increasing pressure for a more dramatic line. Avoid jamming when placing back in the cap. Store at room temperature.
