We want you to love your Bella Doña pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’ve got you covered.
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start your exchange, visit our Exchange Portal and follow the steps to select your new size. Please note:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges are available for size only. If we do not have your size, please email customer service at customerservice@bella-dona.com

Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label to send your original item back.

Your replacement item will ship within 14 days once we receive your return.
Final Sale Items
All sale items and cosmetics are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
