I was very sad when I opened this product. I knew when purchasing it, it was not real gold and I definitely wasn’t expecting it, but I audibly gasped when I opened the box and was immediately bummed. It unfortunately looks like a very cheap & bright yellow necklace. 50$ + shipping, I did not think in anyway shape or form the price matched the product. I would say 25$ + shipping and my expectations would have been significantly lower. On top of that the clasp to the necklace literally broke the 2nd week I had it. And that was not even me wearing it everyday. I took the charm off and put it on another chain I had. Love the brand and store and support still, just sharing what can hopefully be perceived as constructive criticism.
